Do I need a card for Free?
No. Sign up with an email address and start uploading.
Will a monthly plan bill me for a year?
No. $20 is charged monthly. $120 is a separate yearly choice shown before you pay.
Do hour packs expire?
Yes, after 12 months. Unused hours do not renew or roll over.
Can I cancel Unlimited?
Yes. Cancel from billing and keep access until your paid period ends.
Are my recordings used to train AI?
No. Textspert never uses your files or transcripts to train a model.
Do paid plans get better transcripts?
Every plan uses the same speech models. Paid plans change file limits, queue priority and extra tools.
