Accounts

You sign in with an email link, Google, Apple or a passkey. Keep access to your email and devices safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You can export your data or delete your account in settings at any time.

Acceptable use

Upload only recordings you own or have permission to transcribe. Do not use Textspert to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to overload or attack the service. We may suspend an account that does, and we may close accounts that repeatedly infringe.

Paid plans

Unlimited costs $20 a month, or $10 a month billed yearly. It renews until you cancel, and a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Fair use: 720 h a month.

Hour packs are one-time payments: 5 hours for $5, 20 hours for $15 or 60 hours for $35. Pack hours expire 12 months after purchase.

Refunds

Ask us through the contact page. When we refund an Unlimited payment in whole, the plan ends at once; when we refund part of one, the plan runs to the end of its period. When we refund an hour pack, the refunded share of its hours is removed, and refunding the whole pack removes all of its remaining hours. Files covered by the hours you keep stay until you delete them.
